Strip the little, round leaves from its stems and cook them in your favorite soups, stews, or stir-fries. The leaves, when eaten raw are spicy, but mellow out when cooked. Steep them in hot water alone or with ginger or turmeric for a body-healing herbal tea. Can't eat them all at once? Dry them- they rehydrate well.
